COMPULSORY INSURANCE

"Law on Compulsory Insurances" of the Republic of Azerbaijan was adopted on June 24, 2011 and entered into force on October 17, 2011. On November 29, 2011, "Compulsory Insurance Bureau" statutes passed state registration of legal entities.

AtaInsurance is allowed for the provision of insurance for the following types of insurance by the December 19, 2011 dated extract No. 04 of Compulsory Insurance Bureau:

• Real estate insurance;
• Compulsory insurance of civil liability associated with the use of real estate;
• Compulsory insurance of motor vehicles.

AtaInsurance gives qualitative and convenient insurance services of "Auditor's professional liability insurance" type and 3 compulsory types of insurance for all of customers under the conditions and rates determined by legislation.
